LARGEBusiness
While Route 51 Design Studio is not opposed to designing for a large business, it is not our primary market. Studio 51 primarily designs for the small to medium sized business, at an affordable rate.
At Studio 51, we want you in control of your business. We want you to be able to make changes to YOUR site when you want, without breaking the bank. That’s why we sell you the program as part of the package price. Also included is your web site name purchase, and your first years hosting, as well as four hours of FREE training. Once your site is complete, it is set up on your computer, uploaded, and you are given the tools you need to be your own webmaster! You never again have to pay for changes you want to make to your web site.
Large Business Web Site Design
Our Web Site Design Packages do not include pricing for much larger projects. If you decide that you would like to contract Studio 51 for a larger, more detailed project, please contact us at 607-965-2066, 607-437-4953, or email us at: route51designstudio@twcny.rr.com.

“At the time we launched QuarkXPress, our first major desktop publishing publishing software, Aldus, our main competitor, billed its product as “publishing for the rest of us.” Well, at trade shows, the people I talked to were all in the professional publishing industry. I thought that they clearly wanted a high-end product. But if we created what we said was a high-end product and then we charged less than Aldus, our pricing would undermine our message. So I set our price $100.00 higher than theirs.”
What you just read above is called “vanity pricing.” It is the practice of charging more for something, in order to make the buyer perceive they are getting a better deal, just because they paid more for it.
STUDIO 51 does not believe in this mode of pricing. We believe, especially in this day and age, in giving small businesses the tools they need to succeed, at the most optimal price. We keep our eye on the long-term picture, and develop our design relationships accordingly.
